Things to know
- Client name and Project name are the only required fields. Everything else is optional and can be added or changed later.
- You cannot change the Client after a project has been created.
- Restricting Role (Task) Groups limits which roles and assets are available on this project's orders and timesheets, so make sure the groups you choose contain everything the project needs.
- Setting Activities (Cost Codes) controls which activities workers see in the mobile app for this project. Leave it blank to expose all activities.
