Defining Skills, Competencies (Qualifications), & Inductions (Orientations)

  • Updated

You can create skills, competencies (qualifications), and inductions (orientations) in Assignar, and add them against Assets (Equipment), Roles (tasks), and workers.

Once you've defined competencies (qualifications) and allocated them to skills, the skills can be added to assets and tasks. Competencies (qualifications) can then be added to workers. This means the system can perform a 'skills validation' when allocating workers by matching the skills required for the order’s tasks with the competencies (qualifications) of available workers.
