Reset your Assignar password from the mobile app login screen if you have forgotten it or need to set a new one.

How to reset your password

  1. Tap Forgot Your Password? on the login screen.
  2. Enter the email address linked to your Assignar account and tap Submit.
  3. Check your inbox for a password reset email. If it does not arrive, check your spam or junk folder.
  4. Follow the link in the email and enter a new password.
    • Your password must be at least 8 characters and include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number.
  5. Log in using your new password.

Things to know

  • The reset link in the email expires after 24hours. If it has expired, start the process again from the login screen.
  • Make sure you are entering the email address registered to your Assignar account. If you are unsure which email was used, contact your administrator.
  • After resetting your password, log in using your email and password directly the first time. Logging in via a quick link or linked identity on first login can cause issues.
