Add a Role (Task)

A Role (Task) is the type of work a worker can perform (e.g. Labourer or Excavation Level 2).

 

To start scheduling, you'll first need to set up your Roles, and then you'll be able to schedule your workers to these Roles.

 

How to add a Task

  1. Under Resources, go to the Roles (Tasks) page
  2. Tap +Add New
  3. Complete all the relevant fields (Additional help articles on the sections: Workers | Assets | Role Forms)
  4. Save

     

     

 

How to deactivate a Roles 

  1. Tap on your Role
  2. A pop-out on the right will appear
  3. Select the 
  4. Save

 

Note: You can see your deactivated rolls and reactivate them under 


You can also reactivate a deactivated Role (deleting is not recommend)

 

 

Adding Additional Information

If you select the pop-out icon on your Role it will open a pop-out where you can add additional information like Charge Rates and Pay Rates
