Update Your Company Settings

Who this feature is for

  • Those set up as a Dashboard User with access to Settings in the Assignar Web App.
  • Any changes made on this page are company wide and will affect all your Assignar users.

You can update your company wide settings from the Settings page.

General Settings 

Setting Description
Allow supervisors to create site diary When Yes, your supervisors will have access to Site Diary.
Allow edit and delete of journal entries When Yes, users will be able to edit or delete journal entries.
Default Country Your default country location. This will be used set your location in your Dashboard.
Phone Number Default Country Sets the default country for phone numbers
Procore Tenant ID If you have a Procore ID, add it here.
SMS Email Address Email addresses entered here will be notified of incoming SMS messages.
Auto-update Asset Number Reading
Auto updates equipment number reading from submitted Forms. 

 

Order

Setting Description
Chargeable item - additional information Adds questions to the Chargeable Item form. This is not applicable for Site Diary, only a worker's assignment card.
Default Order Status Default status for new Orders.
Order resource timeline default view Select the default view for the Order Resources Timeline.
Order Summary Email - Body Template for when you want to send out an email notification of the order.
Order Summary Email - Subject
Subject of the order summary email
Default start and time for order roles Each time a Role is added, this time will be be the default assignment time. 
Company Working Days Select your typical company working days. You can override this when you're scheduling.

 

Allocation

Setting Description
Allocation default status The default status for new assignments.
Declined Allocation Email - Body Email template for when a worker declines an assignment. 
Declined Allocation Email - Subject Subject of the declined assignment email
Allocation Email Address Email addresses entered here will be sent an automated email when a worker declines an assignment.

 

Timesheet

Setting Description
Approve Timesheets Before Export When Yes, only timesheets that are approved can be exported. This is only applicable to those with legacy Time Tracking.
Lock Timesheets After Export When Yes, timesheets will be locked when they are exported. This is only applicable to those with legacy Time Tracking.

 

Site Diary

Setting Description
Additional Questions You can setup questions here similar to Forms when supervisors go to complete their Site Diary.

Timesheet Daily Hourly Limit (Overtime)

The hours each worker can perform before reaching overtime each day.

Timesheet Monthly Hourly Limit (Overtime)

The hours each worker can perform before reaching overtime each month.

Timesheet Weekly Hourly Limit (Overtime)

The hours each worker can perform before reaching overtime each week.

 

Email

Setting Description
Digital Docket Reply-To Email Address

Email address that will receive replies to dockets sent to clients.

HR Email address

 

Email Logo

Add your company logo here if you want to add it to your emails sent from Assignar.

 

Webhook/3rd Party System

Setting Description
New Client webhook URL

Posts new client data to a 3rd party system

New Contact webhook URL

Posts new contact data to a 3rd party system

App Settings (Assignar Mobile App Settings)

Setting Description
Availability readonly

Make availability read only.

Enable check in/out in allocations

When Yes, workers will be able to check in or out of their Assignment. When No, they can create Post-shift timesheets instead.

Default break time for timesheets

Sets a default break time when workers complete timesheets.

Enable overlapping timesheet validation

When Yes, workers will be able to submit Timesheets with overlapping time. This is only applicable in legacy Time Tracking.

Show Allowances on Mobile

When Yes, workers will be able to add allowances to their timesheet.

Show chargeable item rates on mobile

When Yes, workers will be able to see the default rates of the Chargeable Item.

Show break time when checking out

When Yes, the worker can view the break time when checking out. This is only applicable in legacy Time Tracking.

Enables Digital dockets to be emailed on mobile

When Yes, workers will be able to email their completed dockets

Enables form results to be emailed on mobile

When Yes, workers will be able to email their completed Forms

Show charge items on mobile

When Yes, workers will be able to add charge items. This is only applicable in legacy Time Tracking.

Show team member phone number and email address

When Yes, workers can view the phone numbers and email address of everyone that is assigned to the same job.

Hide Add Timesheet Button on Mobile Timesheets

When Yes, workers will not be able create Loose Timesheets.

Hide Add Timesheet Button on Mobile Confirmed Allocations

When Yes, workers will not be able to tap the Add Timesheet button for confirmed assignments.

Mobile Timesheets Editable Until Approved

When Yes, workers can edit their Timesheets until it is has been approved.

Require Timesheet Signature

When Yes, workers must sign their Timesheet. This setting is only applicable in legacy Time Tracking. Workers must log out and log back in for the change to be reflected. All timesheets submitted by workers require a signature.

 

Notifications

Setting Description
Enable notifications for allocation checkin / checkout

When Yes, workers will get a notification to remind them to check in or out

Enable notifications for required forms

Workers will get a notification if they have not filled out their required form for their assignment. This is only applicable to those with legacy Time Tracking.
