To use it:

  1. Click Move jobs in the top-right corner. Selectors will appear next to each eligible job (any job in a status that allows the order to move).
  2. Select the jobs you want to move, then click Move jobs in the bottom-right corner.
  3. In the modal, choose whether to shift the jobs earlier or later, and enter the number of days.
  4. Click Move, and you're done.

Workers can now view shift assets directly from the shift card in the Assignar mobile app.

To enable this feature, an admin will need to turn it on via the setting in the dashboard. Once enabled, workers will see loose assets on their shift card. Assets linked to other team members will not appear on the shift card, but are still visible from the allocation details view.

New Scheduler Daily Card View
(New Feature - released 23/04/2026)

We’ve introduced a new Scheduling view called "Cards" to make scheduling even easier! The Cards view shows your schedule for a single day, giving you a clear, visual way to see all jobs in one place. It's perfect for handling last-minute changes like emergency work, cancellations, or call-outs.

Expand or collapse cards to see more jobs at once or drill into details. You can drag and drop workers between jobs in seconds (equipment moves with them), and group by Customer or Project for better visibility across work. We also built quick filters to spot unfilled roles, missing equipment, or double bookings. And, all your familiar actions (notes, SMS, shift changes) are still available!
