Enhanced Timesheet Filters and Bulk Creation 
(Feature Enhancement - released 02/12/2025)
When creating timesheets from the dashboard, you can now select multiple days (up to 7) at once to quickly create timesheets in bulk.
We've also aded filters to the weekly timesheet view. You can now filter by properties like Client, Client tag, Project, Project tag, Worker and Worker tag to narrow your weekly view down to the correct workers.
 
Enhanced Scheduling Filters 
(Feature Enhancement - released 18/11/2025)
You can now filter shifts on the Timeline view of the Scheduler by Client and Project tags — helping you quickly find what’s relevant to your team. Select multiple tags to refine your view to be as specific as you need.
 
New Setting: Check-In/Out for Unscheduled Work in the Mobile App 
(Feature Enhancement - released 18/11/2025)
Mobile users can now Check-In and Out for Unscheduled work. Under Settings > View/Edit Settings look for the "Enable check in/out for unscheduled work" option. Note that workers must be on a minimum app version of 11.5.0 for this to work on their device. To learn more, visit the Submit a Check In/Out Timesheet article.

New Feature: Help & Support Menu on Mobile

We’ve added quick access to support options within the mobile app. You can now select Help Docs, Submit an Idea, and Get Support directly within the main menu and profile screens of the mobile app.

Require Equipment on Timesheets by Role 
(Feature Enhancement - released 17/11/2025)
You can now make it mandatory for certain roles/tasks — like operators — to include at least one piece of equipment when submitting a timesheet. To learn more, read the Set Up Roles with Assets / Equipment article and ensure that your workers are on a mobile app version of 11.6.0 or higher.
 
Form Builder Overhaul 
(Feature Enhancement - released 02/11/2025)
We have modernised the experience of building a Form template. Accessing archived forms and managing form statuses has also been streamlined in the updated layout. To learn more, check out the Form Builder article.
 
Resolved Issues: Error Messages, Timesheets, and Allocations 
(Resolved Issue - released 27/10/2025)

  • Mobile error messages are now clearer and more informative, making it easier to understand what went wrong.
  • Timesheets now correctly include project linked activities by default.
  • Allocation cards accurately display “Declined” statuses to reflect real-time updates.
     

New Setting: Limit Timesheet Activities to Assigned Work
(Feature Enhancement - released 26/10/2025)

  • We’ve added a new setting that allows you to restrict workers so they can only select a timesheet activity that has been set on the order. This helps ensure timesheets include the correct activities, keeping your cost centres accurate and your integrations running smoothly.
  • Under Settings > View/Edit Settings look for the "Assigned Activities Only (Timesheets)" option. Note that workers must be on a minimum app version of 11.5.0 for this to work on their device.

Mobile App Tour 
(New Feature - released 20/10/2025)
An automated tour now launches automatically the first time you log in to the mobile app, this will help guide new users through the app. You can revisit the tour anytime from the Explore Menu (☰) at the bottom right of your home screen.

Captured Docket Images Included on the Timesheet Expanded Print 
(Feature Enhancement - released 19/10/2025)
On the Timesheet Daily - Expanded View, using the Print option will now include images of captured dockets that were linked to timesheets.
 

Timesheet Saved Views 
(Feature Enhancement - released 29/09/2025)
On the Timesheet Daily - Expanded View, you can now save views in the column configurator. This is helpful when you need to frequently make changes to the columns on the timesheet view - for instance one view for exporting but another view for approving.
 

Asset/Equipment Attachments Visible on Mobile 
(Feature Enhancement - released 25/09/2025)
Workers on the mobile app can now see the attachments they have been allocated. Previously, they were only able to see the assets/equipment - but now they can also see the attachment allocated with the asset/equipment. Resolved Issue: Submitting Forms 
(Resolved Issue - released 10/09/2025)
The release of app version 11.4.0 uncovered an iOS bug that made it difficult for workers to submit forms in certain situations. We released a fix for this on 11.4.4. If a worker is unable to submit a form, updating the app will likely resolve the issue.
 

Complete Mobile Scheduling 
(Feature Enhancement - released 03/09/2025)
Designated field workers can schedule themselves or other workers to jobs from their mobile device. We’ve expanded this functionality to include the ability to create roles within an order, allowing workers to build out a job from start to finish, from creating the order, defining the required roles, and assigning workers to those roles, all in one workflow. New Settings: Retain Client Signature 
(Feature Enhancement - released 01/09/2025)
When enabled, the client signature is retained with a watermark on a timesheet or site diary after the signed document has been edited.
There are 2 settings for this feature, both are off by default. You can configure these on the Settings - View/Edit Settings page, the setting names are:

  • Retain Timesheet Client Signature
  • Retain Site Diary Client Signature
