Dockets (Tickets)
Dockets would be used if you currently fill out a paper docket triplicate book as a receipt of completed works. This records and tracks time and acquires a client signature / sign off that the works reported have been completed and approved by the onsite client rep. This does NOT create a timesheet for workers for payroll purposes and if a worker is paid different hours to what is recorded in the docket then they should also complete a timesheet separately (we recommend workers complete a timesheet regardless for the increased functionality and reporting)
